Once your order has been dispatched, our team will send you tracking or delivery confirmation details via SMS or WhatsApp to the phone number you provided at checkout.

Depending on the delivery partner in your area, you may receive:

• A tracking link via SMS
• A WhatsApp message with estimated delivery window
• A direct call from our delivery agent before arrival

Estimated Delivery Times

• Kampala, Uganda: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Other Uganda regions: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Nairobi, Kenya: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Other Kenya regions: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Haven't Received an Update?

If it's been more than 3 business days since your order was confirmed and you haven't received a dispatch notification, please contact us:
