Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free delivery on qualifying orders — you'll see any applicable discount applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Uganda and Kenya. Pay when your order arrives — no upfront payment required. Our delivery agent will confirm your order details before arrival.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for updates.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our team will contact you to reschedule. After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled and restocked.
